Car wash never start. Never asked me to stop. They asked me to pull back and pull back never start called to report problems. Nobody answered can’t wait no longer.. waiting for refund
Every cash slot is broken, forcing you to pay $15 for a 5min car wash. No customer service on site and every washing brush is disgusting and old. Some of the settings for choosing different soaps, spot-free rinse etc and broken and do not change anything. Go somewhere else…
This place SUCKS. Did the touchless car wash, it did such a bad job that I had to go do it myself. Called the number and dude doesn't work there anymore. Having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do not waste your time or money here.
This carwash app is a real headache, honestly. Trying to book a service felt like a digital obstacle course, with confusing menus and constant glitches. When I finally managed to get through, the customer support was utterly unhelpful, like they were reading from a script and not actually listening. It was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I definitely won't be using this app again and would advise others to steer clear. Canceled the membership right away
