This is the worst car wash it’s a 60/40 chance the auto wash will work, it takes your money and nothing! Call the # it’s says to “Matt” he doesn’t ever answer or respond. Save your money and go elsewhere. What do you know it’s broke down again! This car wash is the worst, it’s down more then it’s working , don’t waste your time with this one!
I have had a membership with them for the last few months and I canceled today. At first it was nice have the unlimited washes, then the bays started to breakdown all the time and the app wasn’t working. For the last month I have had to call customer support every time I wanted to get a wash and half the time they couldn’t do anything. I would highly suggest just using there self service bays, because the membership is a scam!
Went here to clean up the car after all the snow. Went on a Sunday around 9am. Stalls were readily available. Used credit card payment (min $4). Navigated with 3 different cycles without a problem: pre wash, foam and spray off. Paid $8.52 and had a clean car
Avoid this place- my debit card info got skimmed here.
