I’ve seen Lisa now for a decade. Literally. I went to her initially because I had severe shoulder pain for 3 years from unknown causes. During our initial 3 sessions of massage therapy, she helped unlock muscles and heal my shoulder to a full 100%. Since then, I’ve seen her intermittently as needed, but recently I’ve had severe neck pain and IT band issues that she has again, helped unlock. Highest of recommendations.

I found Lisa when I was looking for a therapist to help with inflammation and adhesions following abdominal surgery. She was absolutely amazing & was able to provide sustained relief after a single 90-minute session. She has become my go-to for continual well-being.

I’ve been seeing Lisa for about 5 years and she has helped me with several sports related injuries. I’m an avid tennis player and had shoulder issues from high school and college athletics. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me stay active and in the court. I would highly recommend!
