Bought a Groupon and cancelled. Not sure why Groupon keeps allowing them to sell. WARNING!!!! I purchased for a Valentine's gift.. Had difficulty making appointments, no one returns calls. I got lucky one day and they actually answered and I scheduled a Friday appointment because no Saturday's available. Received a call less than an hour before appointment to cancel. I was already on my way since I live 45 'minutes away. I was upset but understand problems do come up that are out of your control. Worst experience ever! I made my appointment for March 27th, 2015 back on February 4th, 2015. Today, March 24th, 2015, I received a call from the manager, Karen, that they had to cancel due to a construction issue. Although I understand that was out of their control, what they had total control over is they way they handle the cancellations. Bought a couples message from here. Had to reschedule to be able to get 2 females for our message. Whenever I wanted to schedule my messages no one ever called me back and couldn't get anyone to answer phone. I lost $100.00
While I will admit it was difficult to actually speak with someone about my upcoming appointment; once I finally did speak with a lady she was very helpful and nice. My husband and I went tonight for the couples massage-absolutely loved it! Cozy little location in a strip center near our house, which is nice because it will be easier to go back! Great massages and very nice customer service. We will be back.

The rudest customer service I have ever received. I got hung up on, was put on hold for over 12 minutes before I hung up & they do not return phone calls or emails to schedule appointments. Also, they are closed on Sundays an Mondays, so you have to schedule your appointments months (3) in advance to get a Saturday appointment. I will never go here again.
Couples Chocolate Lover package great deal totally worth it!!!! my girlfriend and I loved the experience, staff was so pleasant and very helpfully. We are customers for life. If you have not been your missing out...pure zen they rock!!!
