HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Paid for services in advance. First appointment went great! Of course that is when I paid for additional hydrotherapy sessions as well. I set up my next session, upon arriving she never showed up. I called and texted Alicia with no response for nearly two weeks. She then apologized and set up a complimentary session. I attended and again set up my next session. She has since not responded or showed up for the pre paid services I had been expecting to receive.
RecommendedAlicia is so knowledgeable and good at explaining colonics. If it’s your first time, she will make you feel comfortable and walk you through every step. I learned a lot and felt amazing after! I also highly recommend a foot detox!!!
Jeniene is WONDERFUL! I understand being a one woman operation and getting booked up quickly - I'm in the same boat! She books about a month out but it is totally worth the wait! I've had massages around the world and I have to say that this is hands-down the best massage I have ever received!! Can't recommend Jeniene & Pure Wellness Centre enough! �
