Do not do business with this company. Staff is rude and they bill you for services that were not performed. Called them in the fall because my tank was leaking. They said it wasnt the tank but another component. Charged me $500 to fix. Tank was still leaking a month later so they came back out and said yes, it's leaking and charged another service fee to state the obvious. Gave me an estimate to replace the tank. Pure Water Works ruined my wood bedroom and hall floors when they improperly reinstalled my iron breaker water filter and water flooded these areas each time the system recycled from April 10-June 22, 2018.**********************************. Is seasonal and since 2014 I have had no complaints about service or performance. But this spring they neglected to reattach the drain hose to the drain pipe and water gushed onto the floor every three days during the above dates. Very pathetic how little this place pays their workers. They want people to do plumbing for $10 to start? What a joke!! Claims they would "go bankrupt" if they pay more. Good luck ever having any good employees stay 👍
My whole experience with Pure Water Works has been a NIGHTMARE! Customer service is totally non-existent. Don't expect anyone to call you back, even if they say they will. We worked very hard for two weeks to give Pure Water Works our business before finally cancelling and having Culligan take care of us. Contacted Culligan on Friday and by Tuesday the Health Dept. had their paperwork, the reverse osmosis system was installed, water was tested and we were able to move forward with our loan process.
