Can't get ahold of anybody at this freaking company.... Driver cut me off in. A wet roads snow storm had to slam on my brakes tried 3 different phone numbers and nothing no help..... Driver is to ignorant to use his turn signal or pay attention to other traffic......

We've had our water machine for a little over 2 years and it's been a welcomed change from the bottled water we were using. Our employees enjoy the immediate access to hot or cold water and it barely takes up any room. My only gripe is that that sometimes customer services can take a bit longer than expected to get back if I have a question. Other than that, I would recommend PWT.
