This company is excellent. After doing some research I called them. Megan was pleasant and professional. She sent John over to assess my problem. John arrived promptly. We discussed my problem which was that my well water turns cloudy after a heavy rain and tested positive for bacteria and coliform. John listened to me and then explained the options. Tech was professional, wore shoe covers, checked the water from the faucet as well as the filtered water. New membrane was needed. He told me what that would cost before I made my decision. He also called Derek Zehr to ask about a build up of salty looking/tasting residue around filter faucet. Answered all of my questions and was personable and polite. Job was finished in a timely manner.
