I had a water softener installed at my home. The unit does what it was designed to do but my experience with this company was not one I would recommend. It reminded me of being at the car dealership. The sales pitch was heavy with lots of add ons recommended and the cost was higher than other local shops. When it came time for install we discussed I would not be home and they said that was no problem. I left detailed instructions and my cel number.
