Always friendly, professional and efficient. This equipment is not inexpensive, nor is the annual service. However, its kept our well water in good shape, which is great for our plumbing and for us! Our equipment is going on 10 years old and with Pure Waters care, we hope it will last us for years to come.
Came for the install 7 days ahead of original schedule. Tech explained the installation process upfront, was polite, knowledgeable and performed his work quickly leaving everything in order and completing everything promised in the sales call. Sales, office and installation staff all were very knowledgeable and willing to help!
