Omg ! Tyler was such a great saver. He is not even charge me to check a problem with the water softener I had. I guess I called the wrong company but he was kind and told me he can come to check it out. Hurricane season brings the best of humanity Thank u so much ! I would definitely use his service when I need it .

I did a lot of research on water filters before talking to Purity Bay. Tyler answered all my questions and helped me chose the system to best fit my needs. Joey and Scott did the installation and were awesome. I’m very happy with my new water filter system and will go back to them for any AC needs I have.
I had a system that I had purchased from another company online. To replace the filters I had to have them shipped & have my plumber install them. I have a good plumber whom I like very much, but this was very expensive & time consuming. I met Tyler at a neighbor's when he was installing her system & he suggested that perhaps he could provide me with filters which he would install.
