I came in this past week to fill up a 5 gallon jug. I went to the counter and asked how much it was going to be. The owner replied $1.25. Which I said ok I started taking out my change and I told him I’m going to pay with change and the owner replies I only take up to 10pieces of change, so quarters work. Came here once to fill my 5 gallon bottles and was met with rudeness. It was my first time here and I never really go to a water store but the windmill express I usually use was being remodeled. I simply went there and since it was my first time, dont know the procedure. Usually someone fills it for me when I hand over the bottles. This one is self serve, which is cool, but the lady was rude expecting me to know what to do and was irratated when i was doing the math and getting my money out. The owner is the sweetest, and I am always so excited to get water to see her! She also sells ice cream and some refrigerated drinks- perfect for a warm day.
Don't go to this cheap place . Water is salty and tast really bad and girl there is very rude .
I never thought I would have to leave a review for a water shop but here I am. The owner (pretty sure it's the Caucasian male standing behind the counter) hates his customers. He wanted to charge me $5 for a plastic cap for one of my bottles that miss it. The price is $1.25 for 5 gallon and I got 3 so that came out to $3.75 + an additional 25 cents for using the rinses twice on my first bottle (didn't know they charge for this.
