I want to update this review after the summer. The results were as-advertised! Great weed control on my wild-Bermuda lawn. I'd show a photo, but the recent drought has really harmed all lawns in the area. Anyway, call Pure Turf before hiring a lawn treatment company. Previous review: Technician showed up as scheduled, was pleasant and engaging. Can’t wait to see the results that other customer lawns show!
I used this service for about 6 months and did not see any improvement in my lawn. The weeds were out of control when the treatments started and the weeds never went away. I felt like I just wasted money. At one point and time, a service I paid for was performed in pouring down rain. I was informed that would not affect how well the concentration performed, but who knows. It did not make sense to me. I am giving a 2 star, and not a 1 star due to the customer service. So far we have only had one weed control application . I did notice a few weeds that didn’t seem to die called Pure Turf and they quickly sent someone back to spot treat those areas. We are pleased with the service . Looking forward to the next treatment which is aeration and seeding.
My overall experience with Pure Turf has been excellent. Their customer service is outstanding. They have been honest, responsive, and flexible when it comes to adjusting my lawn care schedule. My yard requires a lot of attention, and I’ve already noticed steady improvement. I’m looking forward to continuing with them for seeding and aeration to further support weed reduction.
Our yard has never looked as good. Pure Turf is very professional and they stay in touch with their clients. An easy 5 Stars !!
