This is by far the worst online purchase to date. I ordered a set of Triumph panniers on 8/20. The website said in stock and will receive in 3-5 business days. One week goes by and no shipping confirmation. So on 8/27 I call the number on the website. I am forwarded to someones voicemail in "Internet sales" and i left a message. I placed an order on 6/28/2020, and as of 7/25/2020 it has not shipped, I have not received an update. I raised a query on Orders page of the Pure-Triumph web site 3 weeks ago, and it has gone unanswered.
Why would I recommend this ad/page FACEBOOK just gave me for some motorcycle shop when I absolutely detest motorcycles and believe they are a hazard on the road?? You might want to talk to FACEBOOK about adjusting the target audience for your ADS as they sure missed the mark on this by giving your ad to me; seems like a waste of your advertising money to give your ad to me!
Please read before buying. I just saw that they have a set of Triumph Black Exhaust Headers part number A9600609 for $964 that was reduced from $975 A bargain? Let's do some simple math...I just purchased the exact same set from an authorized Triumph dealer for $475 and $15 for s&h for a total of $490. Had the set at my door in 4 days. So why should anyone pay an extra $474 for the same item? Do your homework before you buy anything from this vendor
I have placed an order 2 months ago and have not received my order - I also can’t get a response to any emails I have sent regarding this order. Very disappointed, as I was charged $40usd for shipping alone for this order.
By returning emails, at the very least!
This place is absolutely garbage, ordered a quickshifter rod with a guaranteed devlivery date between 5-8 days. It has been two weeks and no part, I called PT and got transferred back and forth, put on hold multiple times mid conversation with no warning. The guy I talked to apparently called the company my part was ACTUALLY coming from and gave me the response “I don’t know anything or when your part will get to you”.
