This casual and unpretentious eatery in Hell's Kitchen is meant to evoke the atmosphere of a typical Thai canteen. Wooden walls feature vintage Thai posters, while the bustling surroundings further the busy, hectic feeling of Southeast Asia. As for the food, traditional and exceptionally prepared Thai noodles, both pan fried and soup varieties, wok-cooked meats and more fill the menu, all of them surefire successes. It's a popular spot, and they don't accept reservations, so show up early or be prepared to wait.

However the food was quite possibly some of the most bland Thai food I've ever had. Spent $56 dinner which wasn't much for Manhattan and the number of dishes we ordered but the food was not flavorful at all.
For being one of the best Thai restaurants in the city it's surprisingly small. However, the environment is lit, the employees are friendly, the food comes fast once you have a table, and it's super tasty. I had a pork Pad Thai and it was really good. I ordered a portion of sticky rice but it wasn't my favorite part of the experience. I loved the sukothai (not sure if that's what you call it) and how spicy it is and also the Thai iced tea! And he desert yummmmm will definitely come again! The space is just really tight would love more space to enjoy the food. Not a very intimate place :)
Best Thai food ever, with a Californian wine... perfect.
