Had an amazing experience at Pure Sweat. The infrared sauna was relaxing and detoxifying, and I left feeling much better than when I came in! Dale was so helpful, and gave us a tour of the facility. We can’t wait to go back!
This is a really awesome spot to do infrared and cold plunge. Their cold plunge is the perfect setup. I really like how he has organized the space.
Me and my husband came here for our anniversary date and it was exactly what we needed! From the moment we walked in, the man at the front made us feel welcome and explained everything so clearly. We tried the private infrared sauna session and loved having that peaceful time together. We also tried the cold plunge,It was definitely a challenge but I’m super happy we did it! Will be going back for more date nights 🤍
Dale was welcoming , accommodating, and attentive. I only tried the Sauna for 20 mins. I definitely feel great, more relaxed and less back and knee pain. I will be back for a longer session.
