As the other reviews mention, they are not even open. I went for my appointment this morning at 10:50 and the doors are locked and there’s no lights on in there. I tried contacting them and nobody responds, their phone number doesn’t even work but I checked and the website still says it’s available to book at multiple times today!! they are literally scamming people
How has this place not been investigated by the FTC and reported to the BBB?! I bought a gift card for Mother's Day for my mom. She scheduled an appointment online, received email and text confirmations for said appointment, and when she showed up there was no one there. She texted asking for resolution, and no one has contacted her or refunded my card. I will be escalating this situation.
I had a great experience at pure sweat spa! Dale walked me through the spa and explained all the services they provide. Loved the infrared sauna, it felt so nice! They have curtains to provide a little more privacy which was great! Customer service was above and beyond! Really enjoyed it from beginning to end!
