I showed up on time (actually early to give them time due to COVID) for my first appointment about 6 weeks ago. I had to wait 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time because Devan wasn’t ready. I had an amazing, much needed deep tissue massage by Sally. She was excellent! I left feeling like a new woman! Such a clean, relaxing, professional environment. I’ve already booked another service and will definitely be recommending to everyone I know!

I absolutely love Pure Spa and Wellness, the spa itself is extremely inviting and relaxing. They are so helpful and caring and go out of their way to take care of any issues you may have. My only suggestion/complaint is NEVER take the spot for parking that is in front of the cryo tank outside or you could get stuck. They guy came out with cones to block of the spot next to me but said nothing to me as he walked past me. He could have saved me from being stuck for so long after my appointment.
