Pete was so nice and timely when we needed a bid.... price was great too! After agreeing to the contract, things went as expected. I was on Duty when they finished and filled the pool, so I was unable to inspect the work. My wife paid him not knowing that she was to inspect the work. When I got home the next morning I immediately noticed the poor workmanship. There are several clumps of plaster, trowel marks and pitting all over the pool.
