The most beautiful salon with the best service! Megan has been my hairstylist for years, and she is absolutely amazing… and I recently started getting facials & other treatments to prepare for my wedding from Candace & Sarah and they are absolutely incredible at what they do!! Couldn’t love this salon more.
First and foremost the waxers here are 10/10. And this was my favorite place to go. I always felt so comfortable. Unfortunately whoever runs the front desk is always so rude towards me when I call. I understand that there is a fee for cancellation or rescheduling but being rude towards me about like I’ve never paid it before sucks. I now no longer feel comfortable going there. My mother and I received gift cards for a head spa and blowout experience. I called to book the appointments to be sure I was booking the correct service. The head spa experience was great and Sarah did a wonderful job. After leaving her room, I sat with my mother while she was getting ready for her appointment. I was then offered to blow dry my own hair. I explained that I had booked the blowout and sat back in the waiting room. Everyone was nice and the woman answered all of my questions and was so nice and made sure I was comfortable during my while appointment. I already scheduled my next visit.
I absolutely LOVE PURE! Charlotte did my services and she was great! Between her making me feel comfortable and her close attention to detail, I would give her 10 stars if I could. They are also very budget friendly, ESPECIALLY with college students.
