I had a facial done at the new Pure & Simple Yorkville location with Michelle. She assessed my skincare concerns and helped individualize the service based off those needs. I appreciated her clear communication of what products she was using and their purposes, as well as her sensible recommendations and education without any product-pushing or upselling. All in all satisfied with the outcome and the friendliness of the staff overall. Thank you! :)

I like the facials in here. Customer service is nice too and the products that they sell are pretty good in terms of performance. What I do like is that they did not force me to buy anything so it was a good approach.

This pure and simple location will now be my favourite one. I truly enjoy the ambiance and staff at this location. I wanted to highlight one staff member in particular on their knowledge of products and willingness to help me today. For context my skin is acne prone, eczema, and also combo. I came into the store looking for some new products to try and also for knowledge about ones I had seen online. I’ve neglected to treat myself to a facial for some years now, though I am aware we (women) shouldn’t regard it as a “treat” but rather proper good maintenance. Having said that, I went to Pure & Simple Yorkville yesterday, and can’t say enough about both the skin technician (Vera), and the beautiful venue.
