I went here for a super hydrating facial. The aesthetician who took care of me was Dauen. She was very friendly, professional, and explained every single steps. She also seemed knowledgeable and gave me tips for skin issues. The place is clean and well managed. I did not have to wait. I recommend their service.
As a repeat customer of Pure & Simple Yorkville, I have generally experienced excellent service and skilled technicians who consistently deliver treatments I am very pleased with. However, my most recent appointment with Samantha was disappointing. The Pure + Simple Facial included only about 3–5 minutes of extraction, even though the scheduled facial was 60 minutes in total.
