I had a facial with Nahid and I was extremely happy with the experience. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin feels amazing! I also noticed that the front desk staff were much warmer and friendlier than before, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you for the wonderful service!
It was my first time at Pure + Simple, but I’ve had treatments with Nairi before and once again she was amazing! She’s very knowledgeable, and really knows how to customize treatments for your skin while still making the experience relaxing. The whole experience was great! calm atmosphere, lovely products (even for someone sensitive to scents), and my skin looked fresh and healthy afterwards. Definitely recommend Pure + Simple, especially Nairi!
If I wanted a massage I would have gotten a massage. The facial was some masks, some steam and manual extraction and half of it a massage. The aesthetician was very knowledgeable, I just think that’s their protocol to give massages which is fine but not what I was looking for.

I had my first ever facial with Victoria W., and it was amazing! Her extractions were so gentle yet effective. She explained everything to me so well, and my face was absolutely glowing afterwards. Definitely recommend!
