I booked the Deep Down Detox Facial and it was an absolute waste of my money and time. The esthetician did extractions that she should not have done. I am left with several scars on my face now because of this aggressive extractions, even after a week. It was not a relaxing experience at all. The esthetician should have given a heads up before applying a peel/cream (?) that caused tingling sensation. The staff is kind and takes the time to explain and guide us to get the best facial. From the first session my skin was hydrated. I recommend this place to everyone, even those with sensitive skin
