Great customer service and relaxing facial
My experience from start to finish wasn’t pleasant. To start I booked a service that was on promotion for Black Friday and called the receptionist to inquire if I moved my appointment date would the rate of my service change. She confirmed it wouldn’t and I proceed to move my appointment to another date. When I received a confirmation email later I noticed the price was different from the promotion. Terrible service. We waited more than an hour for the food, and it was cold. The manager confirmed that the food had been ready for 45 minutes, but the server never picked it up.
This place is amazing.. The staff is so friendly professional and for the price the facials are amazing!!! Definitely recommend this place to friends and family
I had such a wonderful experience with Selena! She was incredibly gentle and calming throughout the entire facial — it was so relaxing from start to finish. I felt completely at ease and truly pampered. My skin feels amazing, and I’m so appreciative of the care and attention she put into the service. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments. Highly recommend Selena if you’re looking for a soothing, professional, and rejuvenating experience!
