My esthetician (Georgeta) kept on talking to herself during the facial which made the experience not relaxing, and rushed through every step of the experience including the extraction part, as well as the final skincare part. Additionally, my esthetician kept telling me to stop using retinol during the summer but I clarified that I don't have sensitive skin, and have been using retinol for a few years now. I came here for a facial with extra extractions because my skin broke out all over after a snake peel from another clinic. Diana is an excellent aesthetician! I struggled for over a decade with severe acne and the facial with extra extractions calmed down my skin. She provided excellent advice that helped my skin stay clear for as long as I followed the instructions and a clean diet.
