I had Extreme Clean Deep Pore facial sometime in June with the new talent. The extraction left a permanent indentation on my forehead. I went back few times seeking advice on what products would get rid of it and they gave me some samples, which did not help. I have also bought tons of products from various other brands but nothing has worked. I waited to leave a review as the staff are generally very nice and I was hoping the mark might go away but it still hasn’t. I will not be returning.
Edit: The owner let me know that the experience I had was atypical. I should have had a choice to decline the add-on and I could have chosen not to have sunscreen applied at the end of night. I was invited back to have another experience and it went better overall. It was clear they took my feedback to heart.
