This was genuinely one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I’m a very patient and understanding person, especially when businesses are running behind, but this situation was extremely hard to justify. I called at 3:00 to ask if they could take me for a last-minute appointment. I was told to come in at 4:00, which I did.
