I stumbled across Pure Salt Rooms on the internet and for someone that is really struggling with a chronic cough, I was willing to try anything after clinical input has resulted in no solution. Carolyn was so welcoming and knowledgeable and the experience so relaxing. Highly recommend you book the 3 session special as its then that you'll see the difference. Highly recommended!
I would highly reccomend anyone to try a salt therapy session, it is relaxing and really helped to clear congestion in my sinuses and lungs. Caroline is a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating! 😊🙏

If you are considering trying salt therapy, definitely give it a try 😃 I hadn't heard of it before but had been looking for ways to try and relieve my 4 year old son's asthma, particularly during the winter months when it gets really bad with frequent visits to the hospital. I have been going weekly with both my son and 12 month old baby and it is definitely helping.
