I've had a disappointing experience with the scheduling process at this salon. While I can’t speak to the quality of the services, the way cancellations are handled has been frustrating. The first time my appointment was canceled, I received a call but had to follow up a few days later to ask about rescheduling. The only availability offered was two weeks out. I’m so grateful to have found this salon. The level of integrity, care, and professionalism is truly rare. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of—every detail was intentional, and the environment felt nourishing. Lori was incredible.
