Worst customer service imaginable. Can't book appointments...they don't show up for booked appointments. Can't wait 5 minutes for a customer. Since they think they are only game in town they treat people horribly.
The staff was super nice, who just made the overall experience super fun. The environment was very positive, relaxing, and comfortable. Cool water feature as well.
I would personally will not be going there again. The lady at the front made me feel uncomfortable when I tipped for the massage before paying. Tipping is not mandatory, and I am not obligated to leave anything. After that I just felt awkward and the massage was not good tbh. Nothing agains the place, maybe just whoever attended me.
