DISASTER WITH ANNA!!!!! Worst experience!!! First off. I got a call at 20 min before my appointment to reschedule because this girl had something “come up” she rescheduled me for the evening at 5:45 and when I get there she’s like sorry! I’ve been behind all day! I just went here to get a haircut…. Anna was the hairdresser but her lack of experience was less than!! I love Pure Salon! I've been seeing Jade since I moved to Columbus last year and she is truly the best! She's so easy to talk to, she truly cares about her clients, and her highlights are top tier. If you need someone who specializes in dealing with blonde hair Jade is your girl!
Skylar is absolutely amazing. She's always honest and straightforward with expectations with what my hair will do. I have never had a bad experience with her. She has been doing my hair for over 8 years.
