Do not use this company. I regret using them and will not recommend them to any of my friends or family. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. They are not reliable or responsive. They did a roof installation at my home in Oct 2021. They tried to pull a fast one and install the wrong shingle color than what we ordered. Once we saw the wrong shingles color going up on our roof we had to stop the install and have them remove the incorrect color shingles that they started to lay down. Pure Roofing is very professional. I was working with Houston Roofing "one of the big companies". They forgot I even existed after the roof inspection. So I called around and Pure Roofing showed up that day. Adison spent time to explain the whole process. He met with the insurance company, got the roof and gutters approved for replacement, and got the new roof/gutters installed in less than a month. The clean up was great, and a few months later we've had 0 issues. Overall very happy with the process.
