I did not get the same RV of the 1 star review. That I am certain of. We did have an issue where the RV kept dying on idle. It ended up being the air filter, I replaced it and was reimbursed without question. I am not happy with "Cruis America." However, what Pure Rentals did was a hopefully expected experience. There was a slight disagreement on generator hours but they swiftly trusted me and rectified the situation. I was also late due to a family emergency the day prior. Horrible they don’t care , I received my rv rental with the ceiling leaking, water heater not working, generator not working and filthy! They told me they would refund me $781 they never did but instead charged me another $500! They also said this was one of there newer and nicer rvs.
