If there was a rating lower than Awful I would rate them that way. Not only did they do a horrible job installing the system, the customer service is terrible. When they installed the system, they installed it outside and did not put a cover over it to protect it from the weather and sun. They did not install a drain line connecting it to the sewer, so now when it cleans itself the water just leaks onto my grass, which is now dead from all the salt.
