They make you do a bunch of "new patient" paperwork, give them all your personal information, insurance info, social security number, etc. Then call me a day later just to tell me that they don't have any room for therapy! I even tried to call and ask questions beforehand but they wouldn't do anything until I did the paperwork. What a complete waste of time. I'm seeking therapy for anxiety, I don't need the supposed help to add to my anxiety!

Hands down the best experience i’ve ever had as far as receiving mental health care. When I filled out my forms they contacted me the next day to set me up with an appointment. Every phone call i’ve had to set up appointments has been extremely easy to do so and the staff is so pleasant and accommodating. It’s helped me get over my fear of making appointments.
