Great service, very professional and thorough!!! I bought a house with a generator a few months ago (first time generator owner) and decided I should have the generator serviced to make sure it was working. Tyler came out and did a full service tune up/yearly maintenance on the unit. He informed me about how the unit should operate, the test cycles, and what to look out for in the event that the unit is having an issue. Thank you for the great work team!
Pure Power does not deliver to customers as promised. A hiccup with customer service during an annual Generac maintenance and now they're ignoring me after not following through on another issue as promised to me by their head tech. Email reply with no text or docs as promised. 'Will have to try another provider next year.
I highly recommend Pure power generators! We have had a generator for close to 10 years and recently switched to pure power for our maintenance. I spoke with Heidy to set up our service date over then phone and within 1 week had their technician Randal visit our home. Randal took the time after completing our annual service to speak with us about our generator, required maintenance schedule as well as what we can expect from their company moving forward. Pure power generators is the way to go. I purchased a home recently and needed a generator. Pure power helped facilitate the purchase and install of the generator and then Tyler (who has an incredible knowledge of generators and excellent customer service skills) was on site to perform its start up. The process was seamless and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new generator or just regular maintenance.
