I had an annual service call with Kenny yesterday and he was fantastic. He was quick and efficient while explaining everything in detail. He even helped out with an unrelated project! Great guy.
Aran helped us in the middle of the night to guide us through the process of turning our generator on. He and Dorothy got us an appointment the next AM to fix our generator. Dan and Kenny came to service us. They were both EXCELLENT! We love Pure Power Generators! Everyone went above and beyond to help us.
Three times in a row, our generator has failed to start after a power outage. This is despite the fact that we pay Pure Power a lot of money to regularly maintain it. And, after each incident, we paid Pure Power to come out and "fix" the issue. This third time, however, was catastrophic. The power went out, the rain came, the generator did not turn on... and our basement flooded. A general contractor highly recommended Pure Power when I was in urgent need of maintenance on a generator. Aran (the owner) responded quickly and was very helpful in expediting service. John was able to meet same day and promptly repaired, while also taking time to explain along the way. Pricing was very reasonable and the entire office staff was also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
Had a power outage and realized I had a problem with my generator. I called Pure Power. I talked with Aaron who was super friendly. He took the time to explain a lot to me even helped me try to trouble shoot before sending a tech. The power came back on so we decided a visit would be good the following day.
