As greeted by a very willing and able service technician with a great attitude. Pure power generators is the way to go. I purchased a home recently and needed a generator. Pure power helped facilitate the purchase and install of the generator and then Tyler (who has an incredible knowledge of generators and excellent customer service skills) was on site to perform its start up. The process was seamless and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new generator or just regular maintenance.
Pure Power is 100% the way you want to go if you need work done on your whole house Generator or power issues. Tyler was great and willing to put in extra time and double checks everything. We have used pure power for several years. The office staff are always very responsive and professional. The technician Randy was on time and more than happy to answer any questions I had about their service. The company is also always very upfront about the costs associated.
