I booked a mani and pedicure and asked for Dazzle Dry, but the woman was horrible and did not listen to what I booked. She gave me a regular manicure instead. I kept asking, “Is this Dazzle Dry?” and she completely ignored me. I will never go back here. This is a bad place, and they don’t care about their customers.

The place itself seems nice and clean, and the rest of the staff seem to interact cordially with clients. However, my particular manicurist (the name “Sophia” was on the plastic box at the station we used) was extremely rude and abrupt in her movements, slapping my fingers down to the position she wanted them in, really twisting a couple of my fingers to trim cuticles). I live in the neighborhood and had the worst manicure and pedicure experience here. I’ve been to multiple salons in the neighborhood and this is the most uncomfortable I’ve felt getting a manicure and pedicure. The two ladies gave me attitude when I asked to look at additional colors and made me feel uncomfortable for taking too long to pick a color. JOHn does very good acupuncture at this nail salon! However they don’t always handle manners in the most professional way.

Good massages by John and Jerry always I recommend his acupuncture place on 87th and Jerry always does a good manicure as well.
