I booked a mani and pedicure and asked for Dazzle Dry, but the woman was horrible and did not listen to what I booked. She gave me a regular manicure instead. I kept asking, “Is this Dazzle Dry?” and she completely ignored me. I will never go back here. This is a bad place, and they don’t care about their customers.

The place itself seems nice and clean, and the rest of the staff seem to interact cordially with clients. However, my particular manicurist (the name “Sophia” was on the plastic box at the station we used) was extremely rude and abrupt in her movements, slapping my fingers down to the position she wanted them in, really twisting a couple of my fingers to trim cuticles).
