I had the pleasure of becoming one of Dr.Ratliffs patients. Her office was very clean , nicely appointed and the staff were very professional and courteous. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and reassured about what was taking place with my procedure. The local injection I received was the best I have ever had for a dental procedure. I did not experience any discomfort from start to finish. Dr. Ratliff you are the best. I will be referring you to friends.
I cannot recommend Dr. Megan Ratliff highly enough. After a 25-year-old implant unexpectedly failed and became infected, Dr. Ratliff acted immediately with expert care and precision. Dr. Ratliff was very professional and thorough when examining my implant. Took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciate the attention to detail and care provided. Highly recommend!
Office staff was kind and appointment was on time. I’m sure she is a competent periodontist. However I came with my wife and was told only my wife was allowed in the exam room but I would be called in for the consultation. However I was never called in and missed out on the entire appointment. I am a physician and would never in my wildest dreams exclude a parent from the exam room especially when you state they would be called back in. I never thought I would ever have to go to a periodontist and when I did, my experience with Dr. Ratliff (and her team) was truly exceptional. She went out of her way to thoroughly explain the procedure, made me feel at ease and was personable. I absolutely give her and her team the highest recommendation; and if I could give her (and then) ten stars, I would!
