Vet care in NYC is expensive but I appreciate that Pure Paws gives estimates before doing anything for my dog. When Pookie got sick it took a few visits to get him better but eventually he pulled through. The assistants called to check on him after the visit and they were able to fit us in on emergency on a weekend so for that I’m grateful.
My cat cannot be tamed. He screams murder. One of their guys, here in Brooklyn, and their vets and staff ...worked some magic. I love this place.

Yes that is great. I wouldn’t take my fur baby to any other place.
My dog loves the staff here. The techs are great and I have never had an issue regarding learning the prices before consenting to treatment. That was a problem with the last vet I used.
They don't care about your pet. My dog was dying from eating slug poison and they told me to go elsewhere since their vet was already finishing for the day. I was an existing client and calling on a weekday during regular business hours.
It’s always fast and clean
Dr. Liff and her staff are so incredibly caring. She answers all your questions and concerns without judgement and full of empathy. I could not recommend her more highly.
