Lachlan and the team at Pure Paella catered a Christmas party at Newport for my family. We have had plenty of our 80 odd guests comment on how good and plentiful the food was. Lachlan’s team are self-sufficient and unobtrusive and the whole meal ran super smoothly (complete with biodegradable single use plates and cutlery). Can’t recommend them highly enough. Cheers!
We had Pure Paella cater our wedding at the Basin and they were absolutely incredible! The paella was next level – so many of our guests told us it was the best they’ve ever eaten. Lachlan and his team were so lovely to deal with, everything ran so smoothly, and it added such a great vibe to the day. We’re still getting comments about how good the food was. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
We recently enjoyed catering from Pure Paella, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was flavoursome, fresh, and authentic, leaving all our guests impressed and satisfied. Lachlan and Luca were friendly, and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was left spotless and tidy afterwards — such a pleasure to deal with. A dinner party for my husband's 70th birthday was made particularly special by Lachlan at Pure Paella. He made things so easy for me - communicating well beforehand, arriving right on time, setting up without a fuss, cleaning up as he went and being very friendly, personable and helpful throughout. I booked Pure Paella on a recommendation from a good friend for my wife's 50th birthday party. Lachlan and the team were great from the start. Good, clear communication with quotes and questions pre-event. The team arrived, were shown where to set up and they got on with it.
