I booked Pure Paella on a recommendation from a good friend for my wife's 50th birthday party. Lachlan and the team were great from the start. Good, clear communication with quotes and questions pre-event. The team arrived, were shown where to set up and they got on with it. PurePaella catered my friend’s hens on the weekend and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more! The food was incredible – with something for everyone from vegetarian to meat and seafood paella – and all of our guests absolutely loved it. The team were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience stress-free. As a host, the clean-up after an event can be overwhelming, but they handled everything so seamlessly, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the day.

I rang Lachlan at Pure Paella, last minute to organise my twin daughters 18th. He was exceptionally easy to deal with, clear and organised. On the night he and his team delivered a wonderful paella on time with accompaniments. A filling feast, perfect when there is a bit of drinking going on. If you are looking for a stress free way to feed your guests a delicious meal, I would have no hesitation in recommending Lachlan and his team. 🙂 (Vegetarians were also catered for deliciously).

Lachlan & Pure Paella team dished up the most delicious paella for everyone at the party - vegetarian option and the full chicken chorizo prawn and mussel was just amazing - plenty for everyone - The gorgeous smell as it’s cooking gets everyone looking forward to the tasty dinner

Pure Paella catered my 30th birthday party and I still have people telling me how good the paella was. Lach was great at communicating with us and he even adjusted the time for us last minute as we had some people running late. The serving sizes are generous and the sauce that goes with the paella is incredible! We could sit back and relax while Pure Paella took care of food. I highly recommend Pure Paella but get in quick because they book out quickly.
