Pure Paella catered for my husbands 70th birthday - Lachlan was very responsive and communicative in the lead up to the day and on the day, so many guests commented on how good the paella tasted - how flavoursome - cooked to perfection. The process from start to finish was easy and I can't speak highly enough of Lachlan and Pure Paella. Would recommend him for any function - great food and no fuss.

We used Pure Paella for my son’s 21st birthday and Lachlan and his team were fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious and the communication and service were excellent from start to finish. The set-up and clean-up were completely seamless, which made the night so easy for us to enjoy. Our guests were really impressed and loved the paella. Highly recommend Pure Paella for any event - they helped make the celebration truly special.

We hired Pure Paella to cater for 65 guests at a private event last Saturday night and couldn't be happier. Lachlan and the team were incredible from start to finish — professional, warm, and clearly passionate about what they do. The paella was cooked fresh on-site and the flavours were divine. These guys are fantastic. The Paella is such an easy way to cater for a crowd. We hired them for a 60th birthday (in Winter) and it was a perfect warm winter meal. They came early, and set up, made a few things in our kitchen, and were completely self- sufficient. We had a seafood paella and the guys were able to cook the base meal, separate it out for our vegetarian attendees and then add the seafood into the main pan for the remainder of the guests. I organised Pure Paella for my husband surprise birthday. They catered for 50 people and made organising a surprise event so easy! From start to finish, the team was well organised and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff were friendly and professional and left everything spotless. The paella was the star of the event - rich, flavourful and incredibly satisfying. Our guests could stop talking about how delicious it was! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.
