I organised Pure Paella for my husband surprise birthday. They catered for 50 people and made organising a surprise event so easy! From start to finish, the team was well organised and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff were friendly and professional and left everything spotless. The paella was the star of the event - rich, flavourful and incredibly satisfying. Our guests could stop talking about how delicious it was! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

What a show! Lachlan and his team were absolutely fabulous — so accommodating with serving times, even while managing two events on the same day. All our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the food was! They were also fantastic at catering for guests with allergies and dietary requirements, which made everyone feel included and looked after. We used Pure Paella to cater for my 50th birthday after Christmas. Lachlan and team were very easy to deal with, with timely arrival and easy set up. Paella was served on time and it was full of flavor and delicious. Guests were very impressed and many, adults and children, had second serves. Highly recommend them!

Lachlan and his team at Pure Paella catered for a birthday party for our family and friends on Clareville Beach. Their communication was professional and their set up and delivery on the day flawless. There are many paella caterers around, but Pure uses the best ingredients and provide exceptional service. I cannot recommend tgem highly enough. Thank you Lachlan and team Pure!

Lachlan and the team at Pure Paella catered a Christmas party at Newport for my family. We have had plenty of our 80 odd guests comment on how good and plentiful the food was. Lachlan’s team are self-sufficient and unobtrusive and the whole meal ran super smoothly (complete with biodegradable single use plates and cutlery). Can’t recommend them highly enough. Cheers!
