I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and the receptionist greeted me professionally and the persons executing the MRI were professional and made me feel very comfortable. It was a good experience
The staff was friendly enough. The furniture definitely needed to be replaced. Extremely worn, uncomfortable; especially for people with back issues or leg problems to get in and out of. Poorly decorated.
Great customer service, fairly prompt with appointments. One area of improvement is, the lady that comes in to get you for the MRI asked me PLI information openly in the waiting room with other people present violating HIPAA rules.
