I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I got a gel manicure and pedicure here. My gel manicure came off after about 2 weeks, the product was soft/putty-like. After my pedicure wore off I noticed multiple toenails were extremely thin, red/pink, and tender. One toenail cracked and part of my natural nail broke off as well. I came today to get my nails done for the first time in Richmond since moving here. I got a gel pedicure and a full acrylic set as I scheduled. I requested the color OPI funny bunny. She brought out DND color 148 in soft pink and said it would be the same/close color so I agreed. The pedicure was wonderful. When it came to my acrylics, she told me she was going to do gel instead to which I insisted no, I want acrylics as my nails are too fragile to handle anything else. Today was my first time getting my nails done here and I will not be returning, I got a full set of acrylics and a gel pedicure. The pedicure was wonderful and the technician did a beautiful job. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with my full set, I will include my inspiration picture vs what I received because I truly believe my 1 year old daughter could’ve done better. I had to walk out before the polished went on I was so worried about getting an infection. The tools were dirty and not sanitized or in the packets and the table they had with had nail clippings all over it! I hope they can improve on there sanitary practices
