I came today to get my nails done for the first time in Richmond since moving here. I got a gel pedicure and a full acrylic set as I scheduled. I requested the color OPI funny bunny. She brought out DND color 148 in soft pink and said it would be the same/close color so I agreed. The pedicure was wonderful. Today was my first time getting my nails done here and I will not be returning, I got a full set of acrylics and a gel pedicure. The pedicure was wonderful and the technician did a beautiful job. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with my full set, I will include my inspiration picture vs what I received because I truly believe my 1 year old daughter could’ve done better. I had to walk out before the polished went on I was so worried about getting an infection. The tools were dirty and not sanitized or in the packets and the table they had with had nail clippings all over it! I hope they can improve on there sanitary practices
