Every time I come to her my nails done they say they are getting ready to leave… there were three employees sitting down and the one at the desk that said she was waiting for her last appointment. I asked if they closed at 7, like it says on their door and she said yes, and I inquired about them and she said they are leaving. This has happened many times. I arrived at 5:50pm…

I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I travel with my husband for work so I have been to MANY salons. This place was amazing!. At first I was a little aggravated bc I needed an appt,but after I got it let me tell you it is so worth it. They take their time and show just you attention. The salon is owned by 3 sisters and they are the best. When I tell you its like watching artist make art!! I was so impressed! My mom and I absolutely love coming here! We will not go anywhere else in town. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, attentive, and amazing at what they do! Before I found Pure Nails, every nail salon I went to made me feel uncomfortable, rushed, and unable to advocate for myself. Here at Pure Nails, they want you to get exactly what you want and to not be afraid of speaking up!
