I’ve called twice in the past week to schedule an appointment and I’ve had to leave messages twice, during business hours. The voicemail stated to leave your information for a call back... I have yet to receive a call back about scheduling an appointment. Very unprofessional. Will not try a third time.
The atmosphere is pretty. They’re clean. Lacking in the professionalism department. Not friendly. (The nurse was great & the doctor performed great )- But, I feel I should have been scheduled for a professional consultation & I wasn’t. I was simply told I should get the micro laser peel. This procedure was $850 & painful. I needed time off of work (4 days!) for something I don’t think I needed. I will be seeking out a different medical spa for future pampering sessions
