Highly recommend! I'm a new mom and knew I was ignoring a lot of the pains after continuously picking up my little guy. Maria not only found the right spots but traced everything back to the main areas i had no idea got out of wack. She also helped me understand how to stretch those areas. I left feeling 10 years younger! 100% recommend and I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Maria is very skilled, professional, and kind. My chronic illness is really draining and causes muscle pain and brain fog. I feel 1000 times better after Maria works on me.
I spend countless nights awake unable to settle into slumber. I've seen at least 20 something different therapist and only Maria has ever been able to make me fall asleep on the table. But don't get me wrong, when needed she can crank it up. She's got a knack for finding problems you didn't even know you had! She's a master at her craft.
Maria was amazing! I came in for a few specific areas of pain and tension that she helped completely resolve. The environment in her space is safe and relaxing, and she offered knowledge of stretches and support to take home. I can’t recommend her enough.
