We have been customers there for a number of years, they have changed. Every visit is met with a challenge. They threaten engine damage if not using what they want to sell that day, my daughter and wife are intimidated with each recent visit. Borderline predatory selling tatics , to scare you into more costly services. We can no longer trust what is being told and have no choice but to inform others and go elsewhere. BUYERS BEWARE. Honesty has left the building.
So impressed with Collin (tech) and Kelly (manager). Collin was kind and patient with me when I couldn’t remember year of my car, etc. He seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions. Kelly was also very knowledgeable. She was personable with a matter-of-fact style. The two worked together well as a team — I’ve been to places where they haven’t. I will definitely be back and tell my local friends and family!
Kelly is excellent! She helped us out so much and she was off the clock!
Hands down the best oil shop in Portage! Kelly was cheerful and informative! She explained everything they were doing and made the whole process quick and painless! Will definitely be back.
Update - been there 3 times now and for some odd reason their mechanics don’t like to reinstall the lower engine cover/skid plate. This time they actually kept my hardware and left one snap in place. I am changing my review because it’s obvious they don’t really care all that much. Maybe because it’s an instant place or they don’t like their jobs…either way.
