My car was parked in a lot and a Pure insured customer hit my car….. it’s been weeks and still Pure Insurance has not resolved the issue. They ask me for pictures of the damaged, police report and even had me measure the height of the damaged to match it with the vehicle that hit us… even after providing all that information they are still dragging their feet…. I would definitely stay away from a company that has poor customer service
