Everyone is extremely kind and patient. Very professional and always accommodating. Great experience every time.
I just want to stress my issues are with billing, not with the staff, who are wonderful! I was reassured multiple times that the billing and insurance would be taken care of. I verified multiple times before starting and was reassured that they were there to help and I wouldn’t receive a bill. I don’t know why I had to be the one with bad luck but NO ONE in billing knows what they are doing. It has been a nonstop headache since the very beginning.
