I recently visited Pure Hydration in Jacksonville Beach, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I was feeling flu-like symptoms, and my sister suggested I try hydration therapy. Well the employees were rude and not nice at all. Then when we noticed my boyfriend's bag wasn't dripping like it should we asked her to fix it and she said it was because of the way he was sitting. Then after 2 full hours his bag barely even had a quarter of the fluid out of it , she came in and held his Iv in the right position for like 20 minutes so it would drip properly. Amazing place very clean and nurses are amazing!
Because your Pure Hydration employee Samantha Ierna went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, to make sure that she wasn't hurting me when inserting IV, she checked on me regularly to make sure that I was doing OK. Over all the experience was so good that I definitely would be coming back.
