I was only in town for the day and had such a lovely first experience at this studio. I called because I knew I would arrive right before class, and Larry was incredibly kind. He assured me that I could borrow a mat and get everything squared away afterward. The studio, changing room, and showers were all very clean. I’ve traveled and practiced yoga all over the world, and I was impressed by how spacious and beautiful this studio was. I would definitely return!
I'm visiting family in West Michigan and was missing my home yoga studio and decided to try a class here. They welcomed me, rented me a mat, and led a fantastic class that left me feeling much better than when I arrived. The poses were held for a reasonable amount of time and the instruction was excellent. The private showers are the nicest I've experienced at a hot yoga studio. I talked with the proprietor for a while after class and he is a wonderful human.
What a great studio I found while visiting GR and missing my usual studio. Larry is a great instructor and so so welcoming. They offer 26x2 and Vinyasa. Studio is large, clean and oh so hot! Loved it. Thank you Larry! I'm looking forward to seeing you next time I'm in town.
Attended a drop in class with friends. The facility is very clean, and staff are friendly and welcoming. Great shower facilities and kind supportive instruction that fit the skill level of myself and friends. We are from out of town, but will be back in the future for sure! Also the drop in pricing is a great value for what you get. Highly recommend!
Love this space! I am new to hot yoga, and the class is challenging, but doing some modifications, I feel accomplished when I leave.
