As for my personal experience, it has been very hard to book an appointment with them. I have called several times to book an appointment and they only seem to want to do text messaging, which is hard when someone works and can’t be on their phone every hour. I tried calling and the phone call never got picked up. The only time they reached out through a call was once and the call was never returned and instead was sent yet another text message. As a discharge planner, I refer several clients to Pure Hope. I have heard nothing but amazing feedback from my previous patients. The therapists are attentive and cater to each individual’s needs. This is a great practice, with even greater therapists.
