I booked my honeymoon with Pure Honeymoons in 2014 and the experience was great! Jessica Merritt was my travel agent at the time and she was phenomenal! My husband and I decided to book another trip in 2016 to Jamaica and the customer service was not great after Jessica left the company. August dropped the ball on my Jamaica trip and I never heard from her again! I received a partial refund and that was it! I contacted her several times about the trip and she stopped responding. We were excited to work with August of Pure Honeymoons, after having met her at a conference. However, her professionalism thereafter was a definite turn off.
My husband and I worked with Kristian Beck (an employee of Pure Honeymoons) to plan our honeymoon. From the beginning to the end, she always had our best interest in mind. She was professional, friendly, and always helpful. We had many phone conversations with her about what we were most interested in for our honeymoon and she came up with a list of resorts that best met our needs.
