The local office is great. But the corporate office, the billing dept specifically, is terrible. Multiple phone calls to address a billing error go unanswered!!! Try getting a return call.
Fantastic group that personifies their mission driven purpose to make patient lives better. Highly recommend working with any one of their entities.
I had a highly disappointing experience with pure healthcare. From the outset, their professionalism was severely lacking. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, which led to repeated mistakes and an overall lack of communication. My concerns were dismissed, and I felt there was a complete lack of consideration for my time and needs.
