Hi! I would love to raise this star to a 5. I ordered the under the counter living water kit. One piece does not fit. Is there a live rep I can speak with to get the corrected part. Thanks!
I'm a believer! Honestly, initially I didn't believe that this machine would work. Then I thought that it was just making our house smell better and wasn't sanitizing anything. Then I realized that my wife and my dog's allergies were almost non-existent in our house since we got the machine. Now I can't recommend it enough. If you have the opportunity to get your device from Vaughn take it. He's amazing at explaining how the machine works and has great customer support.
