Pure needs some serious TLC. Most reformers have something wrong with them (eg. missing springs, squeaky or out of order) and the rest of the gym equipment is very old.
Do your self a favour, stay away from this club. The equipment is always broken, there is no one to answer the phone. You send a message and the same automated reply. The staff except one are really rude to the older people. Yet your money comes out every month and the service stinks. Trying my hardest to get out but no one seems to care. 😢😢😢

I really enjoyed being part of this gym. The classes are fun and usually planned very well. Unfortunately, the administration of the gym is lacking. The phone number on the app doesnt work, neither does the one on google maps, or the one that they use when they sign off on their email. It's very hard to contact the staff. Also, when I left the continued to take membership fees from me until I got a hold of them to complain at which point they only refunded me $50.
